Katherine Stepp, a founding partner of Deans Stepp Law, has been named to D Magazine’s exclusive list of Best Lawyers in Dallas for a second time.
Each year, D Magazine asks all the attorneys in the city with a valid Texas Bar number to nominate two lawyers outside their law firm and one within. From there, an anonymous panel of eminent lawyers meet with our editors to evaluate the list.
Stepp represents a national clientele of plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation matters. Stepp’s practice is primarily focused on toxic tort, commercial litigation, premises liability, product liability, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, oil & gas litigation, and employment litigation.
Previously, Stepp practiced with Deans & Lyons and at the Dallas office of Beirne, Maynard & Parsons. Stepp has considerable trial experience in both bench and jury trial settings. She is active in several legal and business organizations in the Dallas area.
