Courtney Bowline Selected to 2021 Rising Stars

On Behalf of | Jul 9, 2021 | Firm News

Deans Stepp Law partner Courtney Bowline has been selected to the 2021 Texas Rising Stars list. This is the eighth consecutive year that Bowline has received this recognition from Super Lawyers.

Every year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in Texas are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area.

Bowline’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, wrongful death, premises, and product liability litigation, for both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Bowline holds a license to practice in all Texas state courts, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. She is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.

Bowline earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Texas School of Law, where she graduated with honors in 2006.
